Grapes Varietals: Sangiovese 55%, merlot 18%, teroldego 20%, ciliegiolo 7%

Tasting Notes: An eclectic blend of grapes, including one that is very rarely seen to be grown in the South of Italy. Smooth, stacked with big dark fruit, lots of tannins lingering at the end, rounded to an inch of it’s life, a touch of parma violets on the nose. 

Pair it with: Duck rolls
