Did you know?: Peposo is a beef stew traditional to the region the wine is produced, but Silvio the wine maker was over heard saying it was made with wild boar by a local restaurant owner who came out of the kitchen to tell him off. Silvio said “when I make a wine I shall call it Peposo and put a wild boar on the label just for you”
