Did you know?: This is winemaker Stefano Casali’s entry level wine. When we first asked Stefano what the blend was in percentage he said “Oh you know, a bit of this and a bit of that and we make a perfect wine”. The logo of Muralia is your up turned left hand to represent that everything on the farm is done by hand, ‘Manolibera’ actually means ‘free hand.’

Tasting Note: Unoaked, so maintains a surprisingly light, fun and fruity feel with lively acidity and soft, well integrated tannins. The nose is fresh with bright red fruits, just entering ripeness and with subtle suggestions of aromatic herbs. On the palate the freshness continues and results in a pleasant refreshing finish.
Pair it with: We’ve tried this with a Sunday roast and honestly, it was other-worldly! Brings out the best in a lasagne or a bean stew too.
