This is our Malbec beater.
It was traditionally used as a blending grape by producers in Chianti to add a little more fruit to the wine. Some of the best examples of Chianti Classico contain a portion of this grape and it makes them so much more drinkable.
This is another of those producers I met at a wine fair so nothing more exciting to say other than this wine is bloody brilliant. It’s super smooth and fruity and really easy to drink.
I LOVE this grape.
